I usually reply within two working days. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version (Settings → General → About) and what happened.

Quick fixes

My purchase isn’t unlocked

On the main menu tap Unlock the full drawer, then Restore purchase. Make sure the App Store is signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.

There’s no sound

Check Sounds is On in the main menu, and that your iPhone isn’t on silent — the game follows the Ring/Silent switch.

The game feels slow

Every sock is simulated as real cloth, which is hard work for older iPhones. Tap Pile on the main menu to choose a smaller pile, and close other apps you aren’t using.

I’d like a refund

Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
