To help us help you quickly, please include:

• your device (for example, iPhone 17 or iPad Air)
• your iOS version (Settings › General › About)
• the app version (on the App Store page, under Version History)
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Quick fixes

Restore your purchase

Open Crossed Off, tap the sliders icon at the top, then restore a previous purchase. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.

Get a refund

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Lock Screen timer doesn’t appear

Go to Settings › Crossed Off and turn on Live Activities, then start a new timer.

The widget is out of date

Open Crossed Off, then return to the Home Screen. The widget refreshes when you leave the app.

Rename or delete a list

Long-press the list’s name.
