Best for anything specific to your account, a bug you're seeing, or a refund question. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
bjhonny275@gmail.comOpen the timeline tab, tap the mic button, grant Microphone and Speech Recognition permission the first time, and start talking. When you stop, you'll see the transcript and can edit it before saving. The original audio is preserved alongside the text.
Your audio stays on your device. Transcription runs on-device using Apple's Speech framework — audio is never sent to us, to Apple's transcription servers, or to any third party. If you have iCloud enabled, your entries (including audio files) sync to your private iCloud container. We cannot read it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Open Settings inside Baby Days and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. If that doesn't work, fully quit the app and reopen, then try again. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple ID region (e.g., "US App Store") and we'll help.
Yes. Family Sharing is enabled. Anyone in your Apple Family Sharing group can install Baby Days and use the Pro features without paying again. They'll need to be signed in with their own Apple ID, with Family Sharing turned on for purchases.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Baby Days, and request a refund. Apple decides eligibility based on their policy. We're happy to vouch for you if you tell us what went wrong — email bjhonny275@gmail.com.
To delete a single entry, swipe it in the timeline. To delete a child profile and everything in it, open the profile and tap Delete. To wipe everything, uninstall the app, then go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Baby Days → Delete Data. Because we have no copy on any server, those steps are sufficient — but we're happy to walk you through it if anything is unclear.
If you had iCloud sync enabled, yes. Sign in to the same Apple ID on your new device, install Baby Days, and your entries (including audio) will sync down. If iCloud was disabled, the data lived only on the lost phone, and unfortunately there's no way to recover it. We strongly recommend keeping iCloud enabled.
Microphone is required to record audio. Speech Recognition is required so we can transcribe your audio on-device. Photos is optional — only used if you choose to attach a photo to an entry or milestone. You can revoke any of these at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security; the app will gracefully handle it.
Yes — multiple children is a Pro feature. Each child gets their own timeline, milestone set, and collection of entries. Switch between them with a tap.
With Pro, open Settings → Export Book to generate a beautifully formatted PDF of your timeline. You can also share individual entries via the share sheet (iMessage, WhatsApp, email) — Pro unlocks sharing the audio file along with the text.
