Privacy Policy

Short version: C90 collects no data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything it uses stays on your iPhone or iPad.

Your music library

If you tap Connect Apple Music, iOS asks whether C90 may access your media library. C90 uses that access only on your device: to show the song that's playing as a cassette, to control playback from the deck, and to list your playlists, albums, favourite songs and play counts on the tape shelf and for Make me a tape. This information is never sent anywhere. You can turn access off at any time in Settings → C90.

Files you add

Audio files you open in C90 or add from Files are copied into C90's own storage on your device so they can be played. They are not uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them.

"Any app" mode

C90 asks iOS only whether another app is currently playing sound, so the reels can turn. It does not record, listen to or receive that audio, and it cannot see what is playing.

Settings

Your choices (cassette shell, deck finish, Night deck and so on) are saved on your device so C90 remembers them.

Purchases

The optional C90 Collection is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; C90 never sees your payment details and only learns whether the purchase is active on your Apple Account.

Children

C90 does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
