Welcome to Steady - Daily Affirmations. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steady - Daily Affirmations, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms of Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate information if registering for an account

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

2. Description of Service

Steady - Daily Affirmations is a mobile application that provides:

• Guided audio affirmation sessions across four categories: Grounding, Breathwork, Productivity, and Healing
• Progress tracking and streak monitoring
• Free access to one affirmation per collection (4 total free affirmations)
• Premium access to all 30 affirmations (26 additional affirmations) via in-app purchase

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the app on devices you own or control
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access content you have unlocked through purchase or otherwise

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Extract or reuse audio content outside the app
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share your account or Premium access with others
• Attempt to circumvent Premium unlock mechanisms

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 Premium Access

Premium access unlocks additional collections and is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. By purchasing Premium:

• You gain lifetime access to all premium content
• The purchase is tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore your purchase on other devices using the same Apple ID

4.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4.3 Payment

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store or process payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms.

4.4 Refunds

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store following their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

By using this app, you acknowledge that:
