Deep Convos (the "app") is published by Sahil Pabby ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
Deep Convos is a conversation starter app designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the questions or content within the app without prior written permission.
Deep Convos offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Deep Convos Premium) that remove the free daily limit:
The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy (in the US: $3.99 per week or $29.99 per year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Without a subscription you can view up to 10 questions per day across all categories and intensity levels. The limit resets each day.
All content, design, and code within Deep Convos are the property of Sahil Pabby and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Deep Convos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The app is intended to facilitate conversation and is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or mental health services. Some questions touch on personal topics; you can skip any question, and you are responsible for how you use the questions with others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.
